SUNTOP / SANDALS
Sandals, shaped around your range.
Wholesale sandals from our Jinjiang factory. Compare straps and closures, then confirm your fit reference, size range and sampling requirements.
- For brands, importers and distributors. Orders from 2,000 pairs; final MOQ depends on the style and order mix.
Find your starting pair.
For an importer comparing styles, review the front straps, heel strap and adjustment positions as a complete upper. Use the four photographs to choose a reference for your intended size assortment and discuss it with Suntop.
An assembled sample helps avoid an attachment or fit mismatch that separate component photographs cannot resolve. Compare the complete product range if another family better matches your reference.

Start with the strap and closure decisions.
- Strap arrangement
Specify front-strap coverage, heel-strap construction and where adjustment is needed. An annotated reference makes the intended changes easier to discuss.
- Fit reference
Provide a physical reference or agreed size specification. Review the fit on a sample before approving the production version.
- Destination requirements
State the destination and any testing or labelling requirements with the brief. Required testing and supporting documents need confirmation for the selected construction.
Develop the strap and sole together
Bring the strap layout and sole reference together when discussing a new design. Our customization process covers the material, branding, sample and mold decisions to settle.
Confirm how the chosen upper attaches to the sole and how the size range will be approved. Identify the features that must remain unchanged. Ask about any extra cost for the proposed attachment or fit changes.
Plan the fit and destination together
Retail fit
For a retail range, align the fit reference and packing with your size assortment.
Importer brief
Importers should include the destination and required documents before relying on a sample or production date.
Document requirements
If the market requires a particular test or document, name the product and exact requirement. Confirm its availability and scope, including any effect on inspection cost or timing, to avoid leaving that decision until the order is placed.
See the assembly work up close.
Strap layout, attachment and fit need to work together. Bring a reference pair or specification so the upper and sole can be reviewed as one design.
- Discuss before sampling: Strap coverage, closure position and the size specification.
- Confirm on the sample: The assembled shape, fit and agreed construction.

Questions about sandal orders.
Straps, closures and sizing need to be agreed on the assembled pair. Use these answers when preparing the fit reference and destination requirements.
Can I combine a different strap with a sole?
Send references for both parts. Upper attachment, fit and the mold route need to be assessed together; compatibility cannot be confirmed from separate photographs alone.
What order quantity should I plan for?
The starting reference is 2,000 pairs. The quotation confirms the minimum for your style, material, colour split, size ratio and packaging.
What should I allow for sampling?
Reference timelines are about 15 days for standard samples and 20 days for custom samples. The reference fee is USD 200 per project. The quotation confirms the sample scope, any mold work and the final sample schedule before work starts.
How do we define the size range and fit?
Send the intended sizes, pairs per size and a physical reference or agreed size specification. Review the fit and strap arrangement on a sample before approving production. A photograph is useful for the look, but does not establish the sizing.
Can I customise the straps, colours and branding?
Upper customisation, Pantone colour matching and logo work are within scope. Send the desired strap layout, colour references and artwork. The attachment and application methods need confirmation for the chosen sandal construction.
How should I raise market-specific testing requirements?
Include the destination market and required tests or documents in the enquiry. Ask for the applicable scope and supporting records to be confirmed for your sandal design before ordering; a general product photo is not evidence of test coverage.
Does the production lead time include sampling?
Sampling comes before the bulk-production window. Bulk production is typically about 35–60 days after specifications, the sample, materials, packing and the production slot are settled. Share your required delivery date when requesting a quote.
Can the sandals use our branded boxes and tags?
Yes, hangtags, shoe boxes and carton marks can be discussed. Send the brand artwork and packing brief along with your size mix. The quotation confirms the agreed packaging; carton quantities and dimensions require order-specific data.
Discuss your sandal order.
Share your sandal reference, size mix and destination. Include your required date and any fit or document questions.
