How to choose your starting style

Choose a starting style, then share the colour, size range, logo and packing you need.

Category-level examples. Material, colour, size ratio and packaging are confirmed for each enquiry.

For wholesalers and importers planning an assortment, identify whether each reference is a slipper, sandal or slide. Confirm the upper, sole and heel-strap construction as well as the category name.

A quote for the wrong construction may miss the fit, material or mold work you expect. Carry the selected photograph or physical reference into the enquiry so those decisions can be discussed together.

Use the photographs as a reference for your quote. Material, colour, size ratio and packing are confirmed for each order.

Look beyond the photograph.

Upper & fastening

Compare open-back shapes, crossed straps, buckles and heel straps. Send a reference for the fit and construction you want to develop.

Sole & feel

EVA, PVC, TPR, PU and rubber are available for discussion across our range. The suitable material depends on the design; the photo does not establish its composition or feel.

Colour & size mix

List the colours, size range and pairs per size you expect to order. These details affect the sampling scope and confirmed minimum quantity.

Make a style your own

For material, logo, mold and packing changes, explore our customization options. Bring your reference and the changes you have in mind.

Changing the sole shape can affect whether an existing mold fits. Confirm that decision before agreeing on the sample scope and quotation.

A quotation for the wrong construction may leave tooling or material choices unresolved. Use the physical sample to agree fit, feel, colour and logo execution before approving the production version.

Plan the range around your sales channel

Branded range

For a branded range, send artwork and your packing requirements.

Assortment order

For an assortment order, list quantities by family, style, colour and size so the quotation can confirm the proposed mix.

Order split and timing

A starting minimum does not automatically cover every proposed combination. Confirm quantities by style, colour and size; otherwise a mixed assortment may be quoted on the wrong order split. Identify any fixed delivery date while the sample and packing requirements are still being discussed.

See the factory behind the range.

The workshop photographs show actual footwear work at Suntop in Jinjiang. Use the scene to frame the construction or sample question for your chosen pair. Review the factory and manufacturing images when shortlisting the supplier.

Ask which operations are relevant to your selected pair and what sample or inspection records can be shared. The photographs help identify a discussion point; the agreed specification and required checks still need confirmation for the actual order.

Discuss your enquiry

What is the minimum order?

Orders start from 2,000 pairs. The confirmed minimum depends on style, material, colour split, size ratio and packaging. Include these details when requesting a quote.

How long do samples take, and what do they cost?

Standard samples take about 15 days and custom samples about 20 days. The reference sample fee is USD 200 per project. Sample scope, mold work and applicable charges are quoted before work starts.

What should I send for a custom style?

Send your reference pair or design, logo artwork, Pantone colours, size range, upper and sole requirements, and packing brief. New-mold projects may also need drawings, a 3D file or a physical reference.

When can bulk production be scheduled?

The reference production window is about 35–60 days after specifications, sample approval, materials, packaging and the production slot are confirmed. Discuss your required delivery date when enquiring.

Can you hold a mold for repeat orders?

Suntop can keep a customer’s mold. A repeat order using the same mold does not incur the mold fee again. Storage period, maintenance and damage terms must be agreed separately.

Can I combine different product families in one order?

You can request a mixed programme. Send the quantity by family, style, colour and size. Slippers, sandals and slides may need separate molds, sample approvals and minimums; the quotation confirms which quantities can be combined.

Can you supply branded packaging?

Hangtags, shoe boxes and carton marks are within the customisation scope. Send your artwork and packing brief with the enquiry. Carton dimensions, pairs per carton and shipment volume need order-specific confirmation.

What are the payment terms?

The reference bulk-order terms are a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Sample and mold fees are prepaid as specified in the quotation. Confirm the payment schedule and included charges before starting the order.
