Suntop Shoes makes slippers, sandals and EVA slides for private-label brands, wholesale importers and retail programmes. Its self-owned factory is in Jinjiang, Fujian. The operating figures above describe the plant’s overall scale, rather than production capacity reserved for a new order.

When comparing slippers manufacturers in China, check the supplier’s identity and the production arrangements relevant to your pair. Start with the product range, then provide the construction, material and size requirements. A quotation based on a similar-looking pair can still leave important specifications unresolved.

Manufacturing Work You Can Inspect

The first-party workshop images show manufacturing work including mold pressing, surface stamping and machine shaping. Each caption describes the work visible in its frame. Use them to identify the operation you want to discuss for your proposed product.

Machine counts, production capacity and test standards need their own evidence. Use the frames to discuss your pair’s construction and material; they do not define a complete inspection programme or a route that every product follows.

What to Confirm Between Sample and Bulk

An approved sample gives the order a physical reference. It should be accompanied by clear decisions about the specification and the checks your programme requires.

Material and feel. Provide the intended material and a reference pair where possible. If hardness, density or rebound matters, agree how it will be specified and assessed; appearance alone does not settle those requirements.

Colour and finish. Share the Pantone or other colour reference and identify the finish to compare. Confirm the accepted physical reference and any agreed comparison conditions before approving the sample.

Molds and repeat orders. Suntop can keep customer molds in its custody. A repeat order using the same mold does not carry a second mold fee. Confirm retention duration, maintenance and damage responsibilities as part of the order terms. For the development and tooling discussion, explore our customization service.

Inspection requirements. Identify the inspection stages, acceptance criteria or test records your order needs so their availability and scope can be confirmed before production.

Allow for the stated bulk-production window of about 35–60 days after specification, sample approval, material assumptions, packaging and the production slot are confirmed. Confirm the schedule for the actual order.

Documents and Terms to Confirm Before Ordering

Send document requirements with the product specification and destination market. Availability, covered scope and any arrangements still needed should be clarified before an order depends on them.

What you are checking What to specify or confirm
Certificates and test reports The product, material, destination and required document or standard; confirm its exact coverage and validity
Inspection arrangements The checks, acceptance criteria and records your programme requires
Customer references The relevant type of programme and the permitted disclosure scope
Mold custody terms Retention duration, maintenance and responsibility for damage
Warranty and problem handling Confirm the warranty and defect-handling terms required for the order; reported problems are handled case by case

Where a written defect procedure or another particular term is essential to your programme, raise it before order confirmation. Case-by-case handling does not establish a warranty, replacement guarantee or response-time promise.

Make the Evidence Request Specific

Product and workshop material

Existing product and workshop images can help frame a supplier review. State which product family or manufacturing operation you need to understand, and ask what relevant material can be shared.

Factory call or visit

A factory call or visit can be requested; the arrangements and what can be shown need confirmation.

Sample request

For a sample request, include the pair or specification to assess and the points requiring approval. The reference sample fee is USD 200 per project, with standard samples taking about 15 days and custom samples about 20 days. Confirm the sample scope and quotation before proceeding.
